India to remain under lockdown till 17 May.
Home Ministry issues guidelines to regulate activities.
National lockdown extended by two more weeks.
No flight, train and metro services. Schools and colleges to remain shut.
No malls theatres, gyms entries.
Inter-state road movement banned. 7 am-7 pm no non-essential activities.
Limited bus services in green zones.
Public religious gathering prohibited
Containment operations as per zones. 130 Red Zone districts identified. All-Metro cities fall in Red zones. 284 districts are in Orange zone. 319 districts declared Green zone.
Red Zone restrictions –
no cycle and auto rikshaws,
No taxis and cabs,
No interstate local buses
Barbershops, Spas, saloons to stay shut
Shops selling non-essentials not allowed
What’s allowed in Red Zone –
Movement of individuals for permitted activities
Standalone neighbourhood shops
Online delivery of essentials
Private and government offices with 33% of the strength
Manufacturing of essentials, drugs, medical devices
Manufacturing of jute with staggered shifts
Construction where workers stay on site
What’s allowed in Orange Zone –
Cabs with one driver and one passenger
4 wheelers with two passengers
Movement of individuals for permitted activities allowed
Standalone neighbourhood shops
What’s allowed in Green Zone –
All activities except those prohibited nationwide
Buses to operate with 50% capacity in Green zone
Goods traffic permitted ibn green zone
No separate pass needed for essential movement in the green zone
